The Arab-Palestine Club (APC) was established in 1978 as a follow-up club of the Arab-Palestine Sports club. The club considers itself to be a pan-Arabic political, cultural, and social club dealing with Arab issues, mainly with the Palestinian issue. The club membership is not only for people from the Arab region, but also for anyone expressing solidarity.
Our aims:
n Creation of a democratic, non-partisan and independent Arab organization in Austria.
n Presentation and procurement of the Arab culture and history in the Austrian society.
n Solidarity work for the struggle of liberation of the oppressed Arab nations and the support of the international solidarity movement, including all freedom loving nations and people.
n Adherence to Arab unity on a democratic and progressive basis. Refusal of division projects, religious and factious fanaticism, and political dictatorship and despotism.
n Encouragement and organizing of sports, cultural and artistic activities.
The APC activity domain extends from sports, culture and art to public political activities.
